in work i use a buffer on them with some light cutting compound and buff them lightly they come up usually goodScottie123 took a spare set apart if I remember right. You could PM him about it.
Mine were like yours so I bit the bullet and worked on mine with somw Poorboys SSR1 & SSR2 with a porta Cable, then polished them, came up like new, always worth a go but be gentle!
