in the daylight my headlights look clean
yet at night they look like they've got road salt in them (as above pic)

is it easy to take the lights apart and clean??

makes u wonder how they've got that bad then

good luck trying to take them apart thats all im saying lol are you sure its not little stone chips on the face of the headlight as mine is like that and its caused by stone chips

Scottie123 took a spare set apart if I remember right. You could PM him about it.

Mine were like yours so I bit the bullet and worked on mine (as per Build Thread, #114) with some Poorboys SSR1 & SSR2 with a porta Cable, then polished them, came up like new, always worth a go but be gentle!

they arent that noticeable in the day but when you have got your lights on they stand out when you check if its stone chips it'll prob feel rough to the touch or if you run your finger nails across it lightly you should be able to feel it

in work i use a buffer on them with some light cutting compound and buff them lightly they come up usually good

Putting a head light in the oven will soften bonding agent and make it easier to remove the glass. Thats what i read.
I don't recommend doing it though.
