As per title. Im going to borrow a mates VCDS and log my boost pressures...what pressures should I be looking at from stock and stage 1 maps?

Thanks,
Chris

I had a peak of 22 psi actual against the requested 17.9 psi??? Doesnt seem right!!

Rest of my boost met the requested but was anywhere between 20 and 15psi.

What do you reckon in terms of the map is this any good or should I consider going for a REVO etc?

Boost isn't everything.... That's all I'll say.

Does anyone know the stock figure. I used Vag-com and some calcultations and only got 10.5 psi Peak. A bit low. i also did the vag-com bhp test and only got 180BHP!!! (i know this is not accurate but would it be that far out) i always thought the car was not as fast as it should be.

Needs logging to diagnose the problem then in which case.

The GS /0.8 rule is pretty accurate to be fair...
