Ibis White S3 Sportback

I've just dropped my car off for a service at Crewe Audi and if anyone is interested they have a new Ibis White S3 sportback with the Buckets and sunroof, on the front for around the 35k mark.
 
So you are saying its a Blue RS4 for just 28k ? sounds cheap to me !
 
yes yes yes... whatever! i missed the "new" bit and thought the 35k was referring to the millage! hangs head in shame. Not a bad price for a purple R8 convertible though.
 
Oh sorry ! its got a Ibis white sunroof, it will not be convertible because its a diesel.
 
has it got a hose pipe as well as the buckets . they will come in handy when you want to wash it . ha ha

For anyone who is interested the car is an S3 sportback Black edition in Ibis white with bucket seats, opensky and black roof rails all for the grand sum of £34750.
 
Might nip past there tomorrow and have a ganders!

I'm from just the other side of Alsager if you know the area.
It's a really nice motor, if only I didn't need the room in my Avant I'd consider it.
 
Exactly the spec of S3 I would look to change too. Loverly car, perfect colour/spec/model combo however I cant get my head around 35k and knowing that it will be supeceded while I still have it. Hence been looking outside the vag stable to replace the current S3 next year.

Seriously though, it ticks all the boxes as far as the current S3 goes and I would love it on my drive. And Im sure it will sell becasue of what it is, my issue is that after driving a lightly used EVO X FQ330 with a 25K sticker on the windscreen it makes it hard for me to get my head around spending that extra 10K. Besides, it was always nice knowing you had the `daddy` of the 8P range but that crown now goes to the RS3 so 35K for an S3 doesnt even get you the flagship of the model line up anymore.:sadlike:

I know what you mean but i think the S3 will always have a sort of status that an RS3 will not. An S3 is best in its class but and RS3 will be like a TTRS ! a bit of an oddball because for that sort of money there are cars streets ahead of it.
Do i sense the need for 4 doors ? :)
 
Did Paddy just say something nice about the S3, or has this new year eve alcohol impaired my vision already?

Not completely necessary but ive been using the back seats a lot lately and the little one isnt so lttle anymore so the extra 2 doors would be handy.
