Newbie to Audi

Hi there peeps

As title says really. Should be picking up an A4 2.6 auto between Christmas and new year. Got it for a good price (well I thought it was) and I need to sell my other car to maybe fund some mods for it

Any advice on owning an Audi would greatly appreciated.

Welcome mate, be on since september. Hanyes Manual, Vag-Com thats a good start.

If you have any problems type it in the seach you will eventually find the answer saved me a few ££££.

The car is a 4Dr Saloon 2.6 SE Auto. What could I do with it at a reasonable price? ie looks and performance.

And what's all this B5 and B6 bits? I really haven't got a clue as to what's what with Audi's What would my car be/have?

you got a B5 then
performance wise not realy alot exhaust decat will give you a few hp but nothing much
any advice you need have a look round the forum and use the search if you cant find what your lookin for post up
some one will help

So would parts from other B series Audi's fit the B5 that I have or are the cars limited to to its own B number?

If other B parts can be fitted what areas can be done?
eg: B6/7 head lights on a B5.

no b6 b7 are totaly diff from the b5
you could use parts from s4 rs4 b5's depends what you want to do with it

So basically B5 parts will fit B5 cars and nothing else will fit it?
