Freezing hands

The temperatures in my country drops below -10°C and my hands are freezing on my steering wheel.
I search on the internet for possible solution and so far they are:

  1. gloves (I tried one skiing gloves and my hands are still cold)
  2. baterry heated gloves I
  3. baterry heated gloves II
  4. heated steering wheel cover (bad quality, can't use while driving)
  5. steering wheel with integrated heater (the best solution but not possible for my car) :crying:
What's your expirience and any other solution maybe?

My car: Audi a3 1.8t 8l 1998 AGU
 
ahh man up!

just get a pair of normal leather gloves if not heat them up on the radiator or something before u go out in the car
 
Heated gloves are cool.
My misses has a set but no good for driving i feel.

why dont you wait for car to warm up and direct all vents to the steering wheel and the postion where your hands are?

1. That shoudn't be such a problem because the gloves are thin (not like skiing gloves)
2. I deirect all vents to steering wheel but my hands are stell pretty cold. I have problem with cold hands and feet beacuse if I touch cold item my hands quicky become cold and it's hard to get them warm again. So I some need heat source to warm my hands

Over the past few weeks its been about -6 here and all i do is get up early and start the car and leave her to warm up.... simples
 
You should try commuting on a motorbike!! I have a 15mile trip, and I dread to think what the wind-chill is at 70+mph!!

A fully faired bike and good leathers keep me toasty, except for my hands. This morning, even with heated grips, silk inner gloves and 'thinsulate' armoured gloves, my hands were somewhat painful when I got to work. -5.5 when I left the house...

In the car, I would recommend a good quality pair of slightly loose fitting thin leather gloves to give the grip and feel, which you can easily remove once things have warmed up sufficiently.

no i don't need doctor, I'm just thin guy (can't gain weight so easy). For now I'm focused on heated gloves, but here in Slovenia the choice of heated gloves is so small that I will have to order it from foreign country (I would like to see and try glvoes before actually buying it)

not theses gloves. They are thick and heat pads.
We bought them from here.

My misses suffers from raynaud's, sounds like you do a bit as well. do parts of your fingers change colour but the rest looks normal?

what a strange thread, do you really need to ask advice on buying gloves!?
