I want a set of those RS4 titaniums (black edition) wheels as per post 263 - anybody any idea where i can get a set from (PS can't afford dealer £1600!!!)

Either that or was contemplating having my 5 arm 18" s-line wheels (07) painted the same colour as those black edition ones - but not sure how they will look tbh... hmmm - had my mind made up this morning in the snow when my car decided to follow the road camber round a bend in the snow and catch a wheel on the kerb

audi sport suspension atm so 15mm or so lower than standard. I'm hoping to run 225 rear, 215/225 front. could probably get away with 40mm drop?

i would have thought so, N8 a member on here is the wheel, offset tyre guru, he will be able to tell you the ins and out of wheels with suspension drops so well worth having a chat with him, a top bloke and always willing to help!

225 may rub slightly if your pushing the limits in the car

I would go for 215 all the way round as it wont rub and it also looks better

On 18s or 19"s? You wanna run same size tyres all round

Looked through the whole thread again and I still don't know what 'Rimz' I want for mine, was originally looking at some BBS CHR Black Editions but don't think they will fit? I was going to wait a while to get some new shoes but I damaged them slightly the other day so wanting some new ones ready for the summer.

I'm wanting a black finish to the wheel which is a common choice with Ibis but not sure how many are out there, I've done the usual Google search but I could find many that would look good on the A3? I quite like the look of the MTM wheel but can't find them in black? Think they would look ace with the MTM detail in white?

Any other suggestions?

You can just get them refurbed in satin black lad. CHRs are designed for RS4/S6 etc, offset is too aggressive for A3.
