I felt that way myself, however....

I discovered it was mainly the multiplayer lag that was putting me off. I've found the lag to be much better on other game modes than TDM...

Been playing a lot of Headquarters and it is sooooo much better...
 
il try that then. headquarters was one of my favs, prefer tactical ones!

i just think the graphics are lacking, and i dunno why but overall gameplay isn't as good.

i suppose i shouldnt compare it to mw or mw2 though as its made by different people. in which case its an improvement over waw

Give it a go, it is so much better. TDM seems to be full of people who want to hide in a room and stay there. Admittedly, so is HQ, but that is sort of the point.

Break out one of the high fire rate SMGs, bosh a suppressor on there and ninja your way around.... :ninja:

I know what you mean about gameplay, Infinity Ward seem to have the magic touch.... However, like you said, it's worlds apart on WaW.

Give it time, I think it will be a grower.

To get out of the chair you have to alternate pressing L2 and R2,

You can walk about the room and punch cheat codes into a computer behind your chair, as said, you do this at the main menu screen...

Yes, on the xbox you keep pressing left & right trigger alternately and he breaks free from the chair & stands up, then walk over the the computer and type in DOA for the dead ops arcade game, me and my lad love playing it lol, its like a plan view arcade shooter type thing. Not sure what you would press on the ps3, maybe R2 & L2.

it is a good game but its not exactly pulling me in too much at the moment. im lvl 20 something online n done about 9-10 single player missions

Games a grower tbh, im 3 ups away from my 1st prestige, but it so laggy some evenings its abit of a slog. And I always seem to be in a US or Dutch lobby, and they still faster than me!

Whats your weapons of choice fellas. Mine...AUG, Stoner63 (ext mag, spray and pray) and the crossbow.

Just did that chair thing (well...last night). Played the DOA game, was pretty good. Typing HELP just brings up random codes which don't really do anything. Anyone know any others or is DOA the only one?

I use the famas with grenade launcher, secondary is an aircraft lock-on launcher as I'm trying to get 'ghost pro' but will use either a pistol or the crossbow once completed.

no clan tag decided.. ive been away in amsterdam the last few days but am back and ready!!

im using either the (AK47 extended mags + dual wield makarov) or (Ak74u with grip + dual wield makarov) or (LS96 variable scope + crossbow) perks are mainly ghost, lighweight, slight of hand... am level 42 not prestiged yet... lookin forwards to being level 50 and gettin that G11 AR its like a crazy M16 :eyebrows:

ASN works for me, I shall modify mine when I get back tonight....

I'm up to level 26 first prestige now, although haven't had that much free time for Call of Duty sadly. :(

Plan to have a good blast over the weekend though.

Best gun on the game IMO? The 'Commando' (or the M4 - lol).
 
Double XP weekend this weekend :D Time to get those levels bumped up. Cant wait to get the huge haul of points from HQ double xp. T'other night i was getting 17-19k per round with challenges ontop of game points. Did 3 levels in 6 games :D

Favourite guns for me are either Stoner63 or the Galil. with extended mags and cant remember the name of the sight (not red dot or acog) and then python with speed reloaded as second as i use second chance pro all the time so with speed reloader can get up to 3 kills while down rolling around dying on the floor lol.

Red dot for me.... I love it. Obviously it is in fact Yellow dot though....
 
yeh ASN sorry... have been a bit dazed today due to my recent trip... :sadlike:

i hate second chance!! always kill someone then turn round n they kill me whilst rolling on the floor dead... then after ive died from them i get the kill cause they dont get revived... :banghead:

double points sounds good! gonna have to take advantage of that to get my 1st prestige.. i jus havent spent enough time with this game.. only played it for like 1-2 hours max at any time..

Dont think the double points applies to COD this weekend guys, not on xbox live anyway according an email from micro$oft anyway.
 
I think you have to wait for it to pop up in the used dealship bit.
 
hey guys, its all i play at minute but it not as good as mw2 but im not the best anyway, ive just bought crysis 2 and trying my hand at that but think its a bit crap already, lol
