lowering springs

hi all,

ive currently got weitec 45mm lowering springs on my a4, but i feel its just too low for where i live (loads of speed bumps etc). i want to raise the car slightly, maybe about 15mm (so id like to lower it 30mm from standard). what springs would you guys recommend?

anybody interested in swapping there 30mm springs for my 45mm (they've only been used for 5k miles...)?

you cant go wrong with eibach springs . i have had them on a few cars on average they lower about 30mm top quality springs at a reasonable price

I have eibach also. I have S-Line factory spring's spare if you are are looking to change. They are 20mm lower than SE spring's.

have to say mine looks about that low on the sport springs bass 666 maybe just old age has droped it a bit more ;-)

bass 666, i want it about as low as yours... was yours lowered from SE springs or sports? i have an SE n i'd like springs to drop it to about ur height, no lower definitely no higher...

yes mate se springs..

The OEM S-Line spring's will give you the same drop as BASS 666 A4.

So CMD does the 30mm Eibach springs make your car 10mm lower than when it was on the standard S Line springs?

I would like about another 10-20mm lower on mine. although these back roads may cause issues

With the Eibach Pro springs you'd see around a 10-15mm drop on top of the S-Line stance.

Dig the sit's nice at the back. Is it sitting high at the front.

I was at castle bromwich car auctions on thursday, trying to find a descent A3 for the wife and came across a B7 RS4 Advant (wow), don't no if it was the big brakes staring back at me through the gaps in the alloys,,, but I just fell in love with those RS4's,,, Might have to get a set in the spring !!! wish I could afford the brakes as well !!!
