I'm not totaly sure myself, sorry, but my I ask, and going of topic! What wheels do you have on your convertible and what size are they? They look good.

I read somewhere its just a case of buying the glass with a heating element and pluiging in the existing wires.

i have on my cab but only the drivers side is heated?? it only works when i put on my rear dimister!! is that correct??

I don't even know if mine are or not - i think so - i'm going to check my manual now!

Yep, they should only work when the rear heated screen is switched on. Whether it also checks the outside temperature as well, I'm not sure.

hi when i took the mirror cases off there was no wires on the mirror but there was some wires in there so the idea with the rear heated screen dont work on mine .
as for my wheels they are 19" s5 alloys

i dont have these either - seems crazy to not add such things as standard on such a prestige car.
My neighbour has a W reg Chrysler Neon and he has them ! cheers Audi...

I did my B7 Cab this year (S-Line) It was just a case of buying heated glasses. The wiring was there and plugged into a dummy terminal on the existing mirror glass. Operates with the HRW when the temp is below 4 degrees and the mirror control button is in the centre position. To be honest, I don't know why Audi don't fit them as standard. The existing mirror glasses are easy to break when you remove them so be prepared

...my drivers side works but not the passengers. Is this a fault? (B7 S Line Cab.)

Someone posted 8E08575735D and 8E0857536E when I asked the question last year, but dont know if they are correct or not. I believe I paid about £60 for both.
