My Avant Sport

Hi all, been away from here for a while since i sold the A3. This is what i replaced it with.

Its a 1.8T Sport on a 02 plate. Mods wise its had a fair bit done some of which is as follows;

-APR Stage1+
-KO3s
-315CC Bosch Injectors
-Milltek HiFlow CAT and full turbo back system with 100mm tail pipes painted volvo grey
-Newspeed Short Shifter kit
-KW V2 Coilovers (height and dampening adjustment)
-B7 RS4 rear anti roll bar
-20" Audi S8's with brand spanking new Falken 225/30/20's
-20mm spacers on rear
-Audi Quattro GmbH twin cut out rear valance exhaust surround has been sprayed same volvo grey as the exhaust
-Full GMBh kit
-6K Hid's
-Dash and door inserts have been colour coded to the car
-double din kenwood screen with the usual mp3, dvd, touch screen etc
-Just had a full retrim in matador red nappa all double stitched with silver outer stiching and red on the diamonds
-lowered the car about 10mm more out back and 20mm up front from when i bought it
-all red rear lights
-debadged rear end
-de chromed front end bar the Audi badge

love the car to bits but its up for sale unfortunatley to make way for a cab...either a B6 or a B7. I have been looking over the interwebs and seen a fair few B6 cabs that tickle my fancy.

Annoying thing is when i clean the avant or drive it after a few days of it being parked up in my garage i think im mad for wanting to sell it.

That STILL looks the dogs! I remember seeing it when it had the Otty kit on then the guy took it off (for me) and put the Sline on it. What happened to the speedlines??
Them 20's just look perfect, I love the Big wheel look anyway but they look Big but in proportion due to the Heavy Slam.

They're S4 Blades too IIRC

thanks buddy. I loved the Otti front bumper but other then that the kit wernt really all that too my taste. Prefer this sline one.

oh i done a search but couldnt find it. Thanks i know im going to miss the interior the most.
Everytime i pull the car off the driveway and look through the rear nearside window for oncoming traffic i end up staring at the sea of red leather lol

thanks Pabs, the interior was just shy of £3K but thats because of the type of interior i wanted. If you want a nice clean retrim in quality leather give the guy a call. His name is Paul and this is his website Trimstar

thanks fella, i really want a cab either a B6 or a B7 but i have been offered a very nice TT in part-ex that i am considering. We'll see what i end up with...whatever it is ill continue posting on here

Where did you get your green indicators from for the rear lights?

was a DIY job fella, clear bulbs + green nail polish (not mine) LOL

Not done much else to it yet, just put a milltek on it with center straight pipes, loudish but I can tolerate it for now until I get the full system put on. SOunds awesome.
Apart from that, thats it till after xmas then it'll be wheels and black optics.
His rear lamps were done with LaminX iirc,about £12 a sheet, well worth doing IMO. looks kinda cleaner look hey. Lamin-x Protective Films - Protect with Style

Ahhh, Lamin-x...I never twigged! I have considered a smoked covering for my fronts as they just look too shiny, but I just can't be bothered with the hassle of the Joey mod.

What's the black optics pack? I've heard about it, but not sure what it entails.

Car looks good, although the thickness of the rubber on the tyres and the ride height made me cringe, must have some superb roads where you are, round here the tyres would get destroyed in about 3 miles and you'd need a new spine at the same time lol.

Yup their SE seats fella. haha the roads round my way are nothing short of ***! but im used to driving lowered cars now so just take it easy and dodge pot holes

the thing i love about the avant the most is how smooth it rides being as low as it is
