312mm brake upgrade on tdi

Hello all, Ive got a 2003 avant tdi, just woundered if its as simple as getting the TT carriers and disks, unbolt add carriers and re-bolt to upgrade to 312mm. I had them on my VRS and was a good mod,

Quite a few A4 models have them anyway, so you won't need to restrict yourself to TT brakes.

Thanks for the reply, what other audi's have the carriers? Guess it is just a bolt job with bigger disks then, Im going to keep my callipers,

My A4 has 312mm as standard on it. I ugraded so have the calipers, carriers and disks (hardly worn) in my garage. Open to offerS?

I think it's the quattro models that have 312, but it may also be the FWD V6 models, but I'm not sure on that.

Ive got a set of B5 s4 callipers and 321mm discs that bolt straight on the B6 if anyone is intrested .

TT carriers wont fit B6 uprights, the spacing is different.

The 1.8T 190 A4 B6's have 312mm fronts and 256mm rears

I know the 3.0 V6 came with 312's cos I've just bought some to fit to my TDI... I'm just hoping they will fit a B7. I've got the discs, callipers and pads.

A4 3.0 V6 Quattro has 312mm fronts.

Ah good.

Well it looks as though the callipers are the same anyway so I'm hoping all I need to do is fit the larger carriers, new disks and pads then off I go!
