im from coleraine, norn iron, but live near swindo
guys ive got the wooden look surround in my 2.0 tdi, im thinking on spraying them all black going for the piano black look i think, or i might go for the same colour as the car is this ott or just stupid, all opinions wanted im losing the will to live:scared2: seen the carbon wrap and to be honest really impressed with that, think it looks smart just dont think ive got the patience to do this myself

What colour your car? There is a set of piano black inlay for sale on eBay. I'd wrap them, a few members have wrapped them in a carbon fibre look wrap. Do a search looks quite good.

Edit: meant colour not car

i wrapped my piano black trims in carbon they look 10000% better i think but if you cant do it yourself then there is companys out there who do it but beware they might charge alot to do it

I'm moving over to alum myself, the black looks not too bad but slightly cheap looking & can get marked easily.

i have a light interrior so the alum would look cheap and dreadful but the black would work so much better:p

i think you could get away with Alu in a beige interior, but not a grey one.

i'd probably swap the light interior out before i considered the trims tbh.

I wrapped mine, but have a friend who does wrapping for a living so had plenty of guidance to get it perfect! Feels a lot nicer than spraying IMO.

you should really use the primer when using 3M DiNoc as its not suitable for vehicle wrapping, as it can shrink back :)
