Will never forget the first dump my eldest had in hospital when day old. Thought he was an alien. I mean WTF!.......black poop?!!

Sorry to op for thread hijack........................some opportunities are to good to miss lol!

Their first dump is apparently made up of all the hair they ingest which covers their entire body while in the womb!! That's why it's a little wierd.

it's called "meconium". it isn't just hair, it's amniotic fluid (which is the baby's **** in essence), skin and other things.

Hey Sub
You do realise that a lot of us use the original black skin on this BB so we cant see your sig anyway...lol

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click legacy Black in the bottom left corner drop down............Thats why some of us use colours in our sig :)

Great to see another thread get on to the Toilet habits of the NHN clan :) maybe we should start a dedicated thread and make it a sticky :)...or sicky :puke: smelly :faint:

Is this some old timer thing that I'm not a part of lol

And that'll mean my sig says "T" and that's all you need to know :p

Well as it happens....thats all it does say to a lot of us :)

just for you paddy i'll change it to red... but then what colour do i change the "T" to? decisions, decisions.

actually we'll have to put a hold on that because for some reason when i try and select a new colour the red isn't there. that's happened on 2 PCs now, so can't explain that one

It OK...I changed the skin to white :)...I can now see your sig..nice car mate :) How do you get on with DSG on the 20T ? often thought i would like it on a S3.

i love DSG. i wouldn't have a manual ever again after it. it suits the K03 2.0T amazingly well. only slight reservations is it's a little jerky in stop start driving, and if you catch it napping it's pretty slow but that's fairly rare. i plan on getting a Revo DSG remap so i'll give you a verdict once that's been done.

from what i've read apparently DSG likes to drop the S3's engine off boost. i've never driven one so i can't comment personally.

S3 DSG is great, like the above post - it can be caught napping - Central London\West End driving can only be done in Sport or Manual if you want to beat the queues.

Not sure what you mean by the boost dropping off, care to elaborate?

changes up so it's in a lower part of the rev range so you've got to wait for the turbo to spool up again

Yea i test drove an S3 a little while back and as i have DSG on the 3.2 i really wanted it on the S3 but at normal driving speeds 20mph to 50 mph in traffic it kept changing into 6th as quick as it could and while the 3.2 will pull that ok the S3 kept dropping off turbo so slightest pressure on the peddle meant it had to change gear back to 5th/4th and get back on the turbo. I just wondered if you get used to to that or whether i am going to regret the DSG after having it on the 3.2 ...

I wish I had xenons, going from xenons to no xenons is an absolute nightmare! I've got an s-line with leather (heated), bose, armrest, auto lights/wipers, not sure if any others are extras.
Not sure why you would need a shark fin aerial as the aerial is intergrated, i.e mine has no aerial visable?!?

Oh and the auto dimming rear view mirror which is totally useless!

it's used either for RNS-E or for bluetooth

i disagree entirely. it's an example of technology at it's finest - aids your every day life with no intrusion and no drawback, and when it's not there it's instantly missed. my sister's SLK doesn't have it and when you drive it the glare is obvious. i'd never have a car without an auto dimming rear view mirror now
