Over 18's Area?

After seeing Rob's comment in a certain NSFW thread i was wandering what the admins thought of an over 18's section to the forum? I'm on several forums with such an area and it seems to work fine?

Because its not just for 'that' kinda stuff i.e. pictures etc. Adults have conversations not for young eyes..

I can see your thinking here, but I can't see that much of what is discussed on here would really warrant being moved to such an area, of course perhaps the "pics of your OH" thread would now be unsafe for work and kids, but thats the only one i can think of, and to be honest was perfectly ok for general forum until this morning's post (not that i have any issue with it at all you understand!!).

So apart from naked pics of our respective OHs, what else would we discuss in an "over 18s" section?

Even if you have an 'over 18's' section, 13 year olds would still be able to view it, which kinds of defeats the point.

There are various different ways of controlling entry to such a sub-forum though such as mods vouching for someone etc.
