only 5psi of boost

I started using the a3 today after 2 months of it being sat. I had to jump the battery as it was dead but afterwards all seemed fine, I let her warm up and then proceeded to go for a drive but then realised the car was only producing 5psi of boost under load in all gears. I realise the boost is running off of the wastegate pressure and bypassing the n75. I have changed the n75 but still the same problem.
Any ideas?

Havnt scanned it yet. How would I get it out of limp mode? Vagcom needed?

Yep, fault codes. Why hunt for a problem that the ECU may tell you in 2 minutes?

used the car this morning after having the battery on charge all night due to it being flat. Its fixed itself! boosting like it did before, perfect!
