My Ex had hers done, went from being rather non-existent to a healthy 32D. She got hers done on Bupa actually and cost her a fair whack, but it's a painful process to go through...worth it though if it's a decent surgeon. Sometimes though you get the "gap" which looks ****** awful IMO.
