Could anyone tell me what bushes i would need change on the front end of an Audi s3 1999 for better performance,i would not like to change all of them as the ride would be far to hard
 
Just get the OEM replacements and it will be a night & day change. You will get a good handling car with no issues with comfort.

Agree with this - recently changed my front wishbones entirely, so new ball joints, front and rear bushes. BIG difference in the car.
 
Go and buy this months Redline mag, they have tested a full poly bush set on a TT on the track, good info on it.

I'd rather spend the evening swimming in a vat of mixed human and dog excrement, whilst being poked with sticks by Sloth from the Goonies, than be made to watch X Factor again.

It was bearable when Katy Perry was on there.... :drool:

I have a slight klunk from the front near side when going over bumps and sometimes when turning.

Going to replace the ARB Bushes as i believe this is the problem. Maybe i ought to look into doing the lot while im there!
 
i've mentioned before in other threads im taking my car off the road soon (next weekend) to do all wishbone bushes, top mounts, antirollbar bushes, oints and ball cv joints. il post it all as i go, how hard it is to do, pics, and more importantly the difference it'l all make.
 
Please do lad. As we keep chatting about, I'm upgrading as I go. Find a fault, do the lot!
