Post pics of your B6 A4/S4

haha i wish, i replaced the 3 lower grilles. When i got my front end re-sprayed i think the bloke doing the job must have used a sledge hammer to smash them out! he managed to break them all, so i needed a full set. I sold my broken ones, but should probably have kept them as spares as they're rare as ****! and pricey too!
 
how much did u pay for em?
and how much did u sell your broken ones for? they can be zip tied in you know!!

The only recent mods are I got 3 replacement votex grilles (thanks to fourcircle), black bonnet grille and rings, to get rid of some of the chrome. Was a bit too bling for me. Then at the back I got rid of the A4 and Sline badges, leaving only the quattro badge.

Still got to put my Cupra R splitter on when I get time and possibly some lamin-x to the headlights.

still wondering what I should do about the front grille and rims
 
BKZ187 I zip tied them back in but it just didn't look right as the bloke who wrecked them actually broke the mesh from the outer trim. Lesson learnt. He was a friend of a friend and did a great respray but dunno what happened with the grilles. By the time I found out it was too late to go back. I paid £180ish for the new set from memory so saved myself about £30-40. Sold my broken ones for £70 I think cos the centre had a chrome surround.

Cheers GreyT I tried to simplify things by losing some chrome. Had mixed comments but I prefer matt black to chrome

Get the Mesh Grill, keep the chrome rings but black the frame and go with some 19" OEM silver Rs6 rims or if you wanna push the boat out, get the LM's on it!!

springs are Koni's and they take it down 35mm
In the pics the rears have settled as did them during the week, but did the fronts the day of the pic its droped more now

audi upgrades
cool thanks. I really want these, but not 100% sure if they will suit the look of my car. I guess for £30 its a cheap risk.

p.s did you get an s-line badge for the front grille too? been trying to find out which one i need forever!

latest of mine ;) coils are here waiting to go on just trying to get it booked in somewhere for fitting!

if your on about the chrome door mirror covers i have a set there are a few kinds you can get one is the stick on ones so they just stick on over your old ones. two the ones i have you take off your case and put on the new chrome ones much better but do cost a bit more but well worth it i think

Yeah will let u know. May be a while as I am spending lots on servicing it cam belt water pump etc. Got so many ideas In my head that I want to do with it. First off is coilovers then wheels. Still deciding on wheels
 
i've just bought mine, that why im now trying to sort the ride height.. :D

Thanks have spent a fortune on flipper so far, you will notice the tow eye is missing now replaced hehehe
work down
auto box completely refurbed (completed by Audi in Glouster through trader that I brought off so didnt cost me)
Sevice andCambelt replaced (£269 plus vat for cambelt)(service £213)
rear windscreen motor replaced (by me)
oil sump replaced as it had been grounded at some point, when grease monkey undone bolt he cracked the pan (money given back by trader £250, that was good to cover costs)
brakes all round replaced
door handle rattling repaired (by me)

I am looking to convert the stereo to be able to accept IPOD and bluetooth but dont really know where to start with that any ideas
