Hi All

is anyone arranging a convoy from south wales??

as im new to the site and never been to this event b4 or castle combe id like to travel amoung friends to find out wa the crack is also i have to collect my pass from jojo as will most going i imagine, so will also need to meet him ont the way.

i was thinking of leaving bout 5.45 6.00am
 
Convoy is gooood, last year we all meet up at one of the M4 services.. I'm in.
 
I'm in aswell...As Colin said we all met at one of the M4 services. Was quite a few of us. I think we will all arrange an time and place closer to the date.
But yeah i'm in for meeting you

how does cardiff gate services sound just off J30? what time wer you thinking as we have to meet jojo for the clubstand passses at 8am? i was thinking be at the services at about 6am 6.30ish tha should give us a enough time to get to the hotel for jojo and allow a couple of mins for anyone running late?

i'm **** with all road/junction/services name lol. That the one by Cardiff Audi? I'm happy to meet you at any of those times.
 
Sound's good to me. I remeber last we stopped at a few junction's on the M4 to meet up with fellow ASN member's, we all than meet up with jojo to collect our passes, from jojo's meeting point to Audi Inter's is only a few mile's..

Yeah that was good Colin. We will have to do the same again. I can remember we went through some village and there must of been more than 30+ Audi going through the centre of the village and every one was looking lol.
 
Ash last year i was trying to get some rolling shot's of your car and Grant's but they all looked blurry lol. Driving at 70ish mph on the M4 and taking photo's is not a good idea (as my wife stated last year).. But i will try again this year..

Lol i can picture your partner saying that to you while your driving! I'll get my misses to get some of yours and the other guys. Or i'll have to try as she probably just be rubbish! I'll see you on sunday aswell mate :)

Well got then half way through July and thought I'll wait till the end when I get paid. Then some **** crashed into me on the day they were going to get fitted. Then car never went in till for repairs for a while and audi took there time to get my car back to me and couldn't locate my front bumper!

Excuses Ash! If you dont want them, save them gathering dust, chuck them my way lol! Wether they fit or not!!!

How dare you sarah! This not an excuse its driving me mental lol just being in my boot while the car looks like a mini 4x4! I need her lowered 55mm-65mm :) to bring a smile on my face! I wouldnt suprise me if you made the coilovers fit your car! :moa:

Hey there guys and gals. sorry i anit been on here in a while but i satrted a new job and aint had the time, so how is every one good i hope. I have a question and appologise if you have brought it up allready but where do we get the tickets from, and i cant wait twiggy is gunna clean my car tomorrow ready for next sunday and if memory serves correct ( not that oftern lol )jct 30, is gardiff gate services aint it any way look forward to putting faces to the names

Stand tickets are being handed out by another member near Castle Combe itself. Entry to Combe itself is paid on the gate :)

Cardiff Gate to the meeting point is about a 50 minute run and I think we need to be there by 8am.

We stopping at any other services en route? Otherwise I'd say meet at Cardiff Gate for around 6.45am; have some sort of a lie in then lol

i said round 6.00 or 6.30 to allow for the 50mph stretch on m4 but if 6.45 is better im easy i could do with a lie in after cleaning routine i got lined up for thurs fri lol :icon_thumright:

We can make up the time after the silly speed restricted zone :tapedshut::racer:

Mine will most likely be dirty unless I can clean it over the coming nights.....
