Had an issue on the Avant now for a while where when the car is parked up, the brake light are stuck on.
(This is normally fixed by pressing and depressing the pedal)
Its only started happening since somebody reversed into our car cracking the n/s rear tail light.
Normally, i'd replace straight away but i've got a few financial things to sort first.
On the way driving home today after noticing that the brake lights had been stuck on on walking back to the car, the ABS Warning Lamp lights up in addition to the brake warning symbol were lit whilst driving. then shortly after we started getting a flashing glow plug system warning light.
This indicates according to the manual that there is a fault in the engine management.
I've ran a full diagnosic scan using my VCDS and found the following; ( I was wondering if anybody could advise me of my next steps rather than taking the car to the stealers)
(The left rear door not de-safing is unrelated to the brake issue, but wont unlock on anti-hijack deactivate, only unlocks via the unlock button on drivers door control system or key)

I've cleared the fault codes, and i've no doubt that when re-driven that the ABS intermittent fault will return and will more than likely just be a sensor (if not related to the Brake Light Switch - F)
My only major concern is that the Glow Plug Light Warning is still flashing.
Can anybody advise how I can further diagnose whats causing this ?
Need to make arrangements for tomorrow as the Mrs needs the car (or a car) for work
