MY11 Rear Lights

Here you go Fran. Really think the 11s will suit you car. Sadly as it was dark when fitted pics arnt too good but will take some in the day.

Really really going to buy these, but I would love to see the MY11 on a red a3, I dont know which one would suit best MY09 or MY11?

Would go for my11 imo, there's not a huge difference but they do look that wee bit stealthier.
 
Prefer the 09's.... I think the MY11's are to dark now

Well new kid says it all lol, with new home in Italy, gotta go back & forth aswell for some work, but yeah not to bad, went to bed at 6.30am this morning, what else can I say, havnt touched the car in weeks, which is slightly worrying lol, priorities change dramatically but not in a bad way may I add.

& you mate, whats new, finished your house?
 
I think the 11's look to OTT prefer the 09 they dont go with grey it doesnt look right ...
 
They should have made them in a similar style to the A5, I don't like A3 rear lights, they all look a bit dated (much like the rest of the car I guess)....roll on new A3!
 
The 09 were an improvement on the 03, but the SB ones are far nicer. Maybe the new 8X will have LEDs.

& an electronics handbrake would be nice aswell to get rid of that poxy manual handbrake that gets in the way of the armrest argghhhhhh
 
yeah love the lecky handbrake on the passat. Pretty sure all new Audis have led rears now so its pretty much 100% that the new A3 will. (A1 has them)

LOL. Dunno, there is something solid about a handbrake lever :)

RE SB rear lights, when I was sitting with my bashed tailgate I did wonder about test modding it to see if a bit of work could swap lights but its the potential work on the body that was scary LOL
 
Feck me Ew, moddng the body to fit those lights would be a bitch.

Wouldn't suit the yobs, it's impossible to do a handbrake turn with the electronic handbrake...not that I ever tried doing it in mine of course:whistle2:

I think your right Mr Mad, looking at the pics posted earlier in the thread, the Red of the edge of the lamp (where it sits in the rear quarter) would be a nice contrast, more so than the tinted look of the MY11's

so......who wants to rid themselves of some MY09 lamps!! will swap for standard intercooler!
 
Whats people views/opinions on me fitting the newer gloss black side pillars to my car? Will it go?

What a numpty, lmfao thats what you get for having a new kid lol, no sleep, memories fades & no time for anything else, I reckon would look nice tbh with that colour.
