Just an idea I thought of bored in work.

Just post your car and it's mileage. Can be more detailed if you want such as what the mileage was when you bought it and what it is now. Thought it would be interesting to see the sort of mileage people have on there cars and see how long the A3's can go on for. I would start us off properly, but seeing as I don't have an A3 yet I can't So I'll start with my crapbox...

bought it on the 14th nov 2007 so nearly 3 years apart from a gearobox rebuild and a new wiper motor because i fitted the dreaded aftermarket xenon's hasnt missed a beat starts first time every time and is really impressive on fuel my average is around 48-53mpg

Best Buy, young car with high mileage means long distance journeys not silly short stop start, it ll go on for ever , personally the best car to buy is about 18 to 2 yr old one, as long as properly serviced with like 50-75k it will drive like new and be dirt cheap
