Show me your 18"s and 19"s

No 19's are fine as long as your car model is a sport or s-line as these model's are lower than SE spec.

Are 19's too big for the a4??
19s are fine as long as your local roads are good
personally with sport suspension 19s dont have enough flex and shock absorbence
so its 18s with 235 40 18s for me
but if your not loooking for comfort 19s will be fine
" he awaits the barage of my 19s are fine and not bumpy on the road "

Yea its a sport I have. I cannot get my avatar pic to work from photobucket. They are working on uk-mkivs and vagdrivers.net.

So 18's are plenty on the sport suspension? Car is blood red. Don't know what wheels to choose

I run 19s AND 18s and both are fine on all road's. The 19's fill the arch out a bit more than the 18's. rob irl tdi treat yourself to a good suspension kit for the little extra lowness..

Here's a few pics of my Quattro Sport on 19's, and they're really a lot more cushioned than I thought they were going to be, especially on our crappy roads up here.

So what do you suggest on the B6? I had the last mk4 on weitec coilovers. Really nice I thought. D

And Phil Mc, thats a really nice car lad. 19's seem a must. What suspension is it running?

Are most of you on springs with 19's, or is it coilovers?

I had AP coilover's for a few month's but made the jump to Eibach pro street.. Coilover's are fine if you like to flaff about with the ride hight..

Here is it now. Tell me your thoughts on a nice wheel to pick for it and what size??

I need to remove the tint. Don't like it as it was on the car already as I bought it

It would better once you remove the tint's.. I'm still playing with wheel option's even after 3 year's of owning the car..(will be happy one day)

Standard 18x8 S-Line's what came with the car.. (some time's i miss these)

Then i bought these 19x9 Brabus/Merc V2 split replica's.. Merc wheel's on a Audi didn't go down to well at AITP 2009.

Jesus, I beleive when you say one day you'll be happy.ha

The LM reps are by far the best suited on your motor

QJ nice are you going to lower the car also. What size wheel are you going for..

They're 18's - I've got them free with a set of (barely worn) tyres, I think the polished metal surface is a bit tarnished but I'm going to keep them on for a couple of months while I finally get round to tidying up my RS6's. I might even keep them on over the winter I'll see.

Will deffo lower when I can yes, it's just been one big bill after another this year, plus I'm stuck on the most ridiculously highed fixed rate deal for my mortgage too :( Ends soon though :yahoo:

30mm lower is on the cards

Good Choice James, Reckon they'll look well with your theme especially when you drop it.
Im opposite, I was on Tracker rate, chhhheeeaappp as chips then come to renewal and its gone up £200!:drag:

The Lm's really suit them. Rs6 still suit the a4's. Really nice car lad

Hi Rob, just saw this sorry for the late reply as I forgot to subscribe to this thread.

My A4 is on the standard 2.5 TDi Quattro Sport springs and shocks, didn't want it slammed with out poor roads and the harsh winters up in Scotland.

you guys have some lovely looking wheels Phil MC love your car mate
Many thanks Simon .

I'd say lm's would be my choice. 19's... I'll have to see what it sits like with them. Then coilovers will have to go in

well mine is an SE with stock suspension.
lowering it 30mm would mean the arches would be just slightly above the tyres

its on my list of stuff to do.....

I agree, a 30mm lower is about right for an SE, it's what I'm planning too.
