anti lag is it possible on standard management

i am geting all my parts ready to do bt upgrade ie rods valvs clutch gt30 etc just wondered if anyone knew if it was possible to run an anti lag on the standard audi management

I you would have to modify the Turbo as well

Anti lag is very complicated bit of kit, not safe or friendly for road cars really

You will need a anti-lag turbo with Maram 247 shaft. Don't think the GT range have that sort of shaft.

You will need that as the extra stop/start shocks and extra heat would eat a standard shaft in minutes.

plus antilag is banned from many racetracks due to the amount of fuel that exits the exhaust

I assume you are not planning on using this with a K04? If you choose the right turbo there won't be a need for anti-lag and if you 'need' anti-lag its not gonna be a nice car to drive on the road really...

BT GT30 mentioned i think.. but antilag on me7 is'nt available, but some use WOT boxes to achieve launch type als

ME7 is almost infinatly tunable There is a guy on the 'Zine playing with programming launch control direct into the ME7, so in theory anything is possible, whether its a good idea or cost effective who knows..
