Audi's in the park - 8th August

Balls well there was me thinking id have an easy day washing and waxing the S3 tomorrow. Just went out in the GF's little corsa and the handbrake just went to 90 degrees and snapped the cable so looks like ive got that to fix aswell tomorrow

unlucky matey!! half an hours job ;)

ive just done my engine bay and hoovered/wiped/dressed both interiors and both interior windows...... now for the outside early tomorrow :(

Hmmm, I feel that I may let the side down with my attempt at cleaning with a small child tomorrow.....
 
I may devise some sort of treasure hunt, or something, to keep her entertained....

I could break out my old projector and have super size Dora - that would be that. She wouldn't move all day.

Started mine Tuesday... took the wheels off to clean them as to be fair they were a mess and under the arches as they were caked in stuff from the dyno runs the other day... interior done Wednesday, washed and polished today... all ready for my trip to my brothers pub tomorrow where no doubt she will get a wipe over again before AITP Sunday...

Hope the weather stays dry even if over cast but will be good just to meet up with peeps :)

Ah even bigger balls ive not cleaned the engine bay or interior. I can see tomorrow being a very long day
 
especially if it rains :)

just been and picked up a hooog cool box for the beers - rain or not thats the important stuff out the way :)

Wow thats clean!!!

I havent finished mine yet, only washed it today and as its raining, will have to wax it tomorrow, aint going to bother with the inside as the missus and the little one think its their mobile dustbin!!!

Only just realised how many stonechips ive got on the front of the car, its terrible, bit of a let down, but hey ho!!!

Looking forward to Sunday now, so excited!!!

Just finished refurbing my wheels this morning which i've been working on for the last two weeks, got my tyres fitted at 2pm and bolted on at 7pm. Hopefully manage to drop the car tomorrow and clean it ready for sunday!
 
Does anyone know what time AITP starts on sunday?
 
Sanj, just get there between 9 and 9.30, that should be just right
 
Show starts at 10, but if you on the club stand most people are arriving from 9 onwards
 
I am half way there now... over night stop at my brothers pub near Bicester and off up the A43 tomorrow morning...

Surprisingly the car is still clean despite the weathers best attempts at spoiling stuff...

Well the gf's handbrake cable took about half our so that was good only shi**er know is i started washing the car and its PI**IN it down know got it washed so im getting there but also getting wet at the same time

LOL, was going to polish mine, however rain this morning, and having to go and watch the woman show jumping have thwarted that completely.

Oh well :(
 
Man im so tired and ive still got to go shopping for bbq food for tomorrow and i cant find my stanley knife anywhere

Well its getting dark, I haven't washed my car. Im nackered from working. And my exhaust is blowing thinking i may not come as i'll just let the side down :(
 
Im not in the best of moods really :sorry:

Thought my mate was going to help me fix this leak on the exhaust....but he said no there is no leak (i know full well there is). ARB bushes need fitting on the front. Pretty skint & i wanna smack some thing :keule::banghead::banghead::banghead:

Edit: Also gagging to smash this French girl at work, driving me mad now.

Yeah id appreciate that mate. Ive got quite a few tools, i'll bring them along.

You know when you just feel so angry but so tired & racked off / run down, thats me now.

P.S i didnt mean hit the french girl :eyebrows:
 
I know what you ment mate dont worry! If anyone can bring a stanley knife id be really happy ive spend 2 hours looking for mine and cant find it only need it while at AITP
