Well... its one of those insurance questions.
Basically my friend had an accident last week, he is the second driver on the policy. Now his brother is first driver, as he uses the car near enough every day and my friend gets to drive it like twice a week when going to his part time job.
Now when he took out the insurance they made a mistake on the papers and put him down as the relationship to the driver as Spouse, now he never phoned back to rectify this. Now he has had an accident and the insurance is asking what is the relationship to the policy holder. Is this classed as insurance fronting? can the insurance walk away? and if they did will they still need to pay for the third party ? as the accident was his fault? Basically my friend isnt bothered about his car, just aslong as the third parties car is fixed and payed for byt the insurance.
