Chlippo, over inflate the tyres, get your rows outta your windows and you are on your way mate....oh you might need to leave pretty soon though to be there in time ;)
 
How have i only just found out about this meet and i live 10mins away!!!!!!!!!!! Oh well know now and i'll be there and def be winnin wooden spoon for car not bein show ready at all
 
make sure you get ya money paid and name on the score card over in the vents section mate ;)
 
I want to go as well, but I've left it too late to order tickets. I don't want to put my car on the stand because it's nowhere near clean enough. Does anyone know if can I just rock up and buy a ticket on the gate?

Yes mate, you can just turn up on the day and pay a charge on the gate, think its about £6 and there will be onsite parking there too for you.
 
wow i think im getting there. Suspension done got to get the alignment sorted will do that next sat, calipers need painting but that might get left then i just need a dry evening to wash and wax the car oh and clean the interior ok maybe im not getting there just yet lol
 
Still not sure if I can get there for sure. if I can I'll get a ticket on the gate and lob my car in the carpark and come and find you all :)
 
Tom, if you can make it come find us and bring the car over, there is always room for a little one (as they say)

Well I have a ticket and have been planning to come but seems that while I was on holiday work have p1ssed all over my plans and now I'm down to supervise a load of upgrades......:sadlike:

...might just leave them to it and sort the crap on Monday :idea:

P.s. And yes, BBQ is needed!!

Haha, its soo cool how every1 is trying to tart their cars (and themselves) before the show! Sadly i cant make it, im here in the land of canadians! But lots of pics please and hope you guys have fun!!
 
weather for sunday appears to be cloudy :) its a start!!

bad news so far is rain for the Saturday :( prep day
 
well im getting there Alignment and camber sorted. Took it in and i had 5 degrees on the rear did look cool but settled for 2 degrees just got to get tyres changed sat then wash wax and clean interior and im ready lol
 
Im going to make a start tomorrow, working through till Saturday if I can and have it all ready and clean for Sunday...thats if I can be bothered, otherwise, its just going to be a quick wash and thats it!!
 
meh, it said it was gonn rain all last weekend :)

both A3/S3 leathers cleaned and oiled...... one engine bay cleaned and dressed (one to do), then full wash and wax for both, half clay for mine and front wheels off if i get time :) ...oh and also inside windows/dash :(

sounds a lot when you list it.....

Haven't even started cleaning my car yet.... :scared2:

Still, I shall attack tomorrow with a passion and get it clean-ish. Hopefully won't get too dirty on the drive up.

Can't wait for this - itching to get Sunday here....
 
hopefully the weather will hold up for the cleaning aswell as the day mate..... im off now taking half day to get the basics out the way, then give me time to get both washed and polished tomorrow before setting off at 3pm :)

I'm not coming until sunday morning as parental duties come first as usual - at least it gives me all day saturday (I hope) :thumbsup:.

Get the little one to help!

Well i'll be cleaning my car tomorrow so that all the stones chips are easy to point out. Its cloudy but dry in Bedford today ment to be light showers this afternoon but dry for the rest of the weekend according to the met office
 
I hope it stops raining in Oxford soon or I'll be washing my car in the rain!
