Why Do The Chinese Just Copy Everything ? !!!

Here ive found a "Made In China" copy of the Forge 007p. Buy at your own will but you'll prob end up buying a proper Forge DV.

Glad there is No installation instructions not included because have you seen how they print them, you can never understand the instructions. For £57 may as well get a Forge.

Just thought id alarm people there is copies flying about

Problem is most of the ****** stuff we buy is manufacturered over that way anyway, even if we build things here, the components are shipped to us from there.

But have you seen how some of these people live, when I was in Thailand (with the missus) for example, I felt so ****** guilty, I paid every single worker where we stayed a wedge of a tip, they got paid a month what we ate for lunch bill, unreal.

TBH talk to Nike etc etc about these issues as overall these conglomerates are the responsible ones of these issues, they really are, they have taken full advantage of the East, to extreme's & still are, I hate the situation of copying like VCDS, but to a certain degree if I know its paying for these people to eat even a bowl of rice & live then I can understand it, although I dont condone it anyway at all.

To be honest, and this will sounds harsh to some, but I dont care what they live like.. I do care that the large companies are exploiting them, whilst coining it in, but in the case of China they are wholesale copyists..

Example. A very large company I know well... builds a number of manufacturing plants in China to make products for ****/Pacific region (haha, oh yea, it starts like that!), Anyhows.. within 12 months of them moving European made product out there, another factory appeared, with staff who had worked at the "large company", knocking out copy products that had only moved there within 12 months. Nothing they can do about it. The same "large company" continues to shovel its products, expertise, and many many $$ into filling the plant with work from other European factories.. and closing some European factories in the process.

So, they kill their domestic manufacturing whilst "giving" the technologys to China, who then Copy it and sell it again.

Unbelieveable.
and yet the "large company" continues to move stuff to low cost countries at all costs it seems.. India next popular one.

and these are the business brains of a large corporation.. ???

Bill I get you mate, but who is the original instigator of these said practises, I'd go with western greedy mofo's, like mr nike for one, they're all at it, personally I dont blame the workers, but the ********* at the top, but funny huh how alot of world debt is held by china who now have the western worlds balls in there hands financially, so what they gonna do move all the factories out of china etc or force them to close counterfeiting factories, urrmmm, dont see it somehow, played right into there hands tbh.

I believe that there are no copyright/patent laws per se in china, so nothing to stop copying.

the only way it could be controlled is for someone who has a locally applied patent to stop someone importing the copies

its all about profit at the end of the day. Companies can make 8000% profit producing and staffing large warehouses in the asian region

This is similar in my IT job.

The average first line IT support guy was earning about 20,000 a year. There was 50 on the desk (1 million a year in salaries). The support then mvoed to lithuania where they pay them the equivilent of £3500 a year (175,000 a year). Thats £825,000 a year just on salaries. when you add the management wages etc all being reduced by like 80% and running costs like electricity, line rental, fuelling and everything else they will save millions a year just by having it there.

it happens unfortunately but the coporate giants dont really give 2 shits and in a way the ppl in these countries dont care because theyre doing ok in their world.

We have been aware of the copied 007Ps for over 2 years now , we changed to the multi sided top on the 007s to try to distinguish the Forge against the copies , that worked ok , but 6 weeks ago that version appeared as well... we have also seen the shortshifter , the twintercoolers all copied in China , I have a box of Chinese valves here ( about 60 or so ) that customers have sent in for service thinking they have a Forge and they are disapointed when they find out they have been ripped off ... one of the customers had a pair in his RS6 and was rather upset when the Chinese copy internals migrated through his turbo .........
