So, Good And Bad Day......

Well just after dinner time today, i set off up to blackburn to pick up my new suspension , all was fine, got their with in about an hour and thirty minutes. The postcode the kid had gave me led me to a few streets away from his actual home, so the kid had to come meet me, followed him to his house that sat on a main road with fouble yellows, he jumps out of his car and said pull it onto the drive (was incredibly tight with double electric gates ) So i reversed and went to pull on, just squeezed the front in and started pulling the back, had a quick check to see the back end just scrap the gate follows by a crack, f***ing great i thought, got out to see that the swoppy tw*t didnt tell me about the sensors on the wall with the gates on, one had clipped my back wheel arch . Lucky im getting the car resprayed so i was ****** off but i couldnt really cave his face in when the car is far from perfect at the moment, was partly my fault plus i broke his sensor box lol.

The suspension is fine at least, just a bit mucky and needs a good clean, still trying to figure out how to adjust the back dampers though, the guide i find doesnt really help for the back one's, may need to phone KW tomorrow, unless anyone has any ideas?
So going to clean the suspension up and respray it, want it all nice and clean , plus itll help it last abit longer.

Well thats how i looked at it, i got nearly £1k of suspension for £250 and my car is already damaged waiting to be fixed, cant really kick off too much i spose.

Haha, very funny, first time in 18 months that I'VE Actauly caused harm to the car, 3 seperate accounts its been hit by other people, i think i deserve a turn haha.

My only problem with the coilvers is im not a 100% everything is their, going to phone KW up tomorrow and ask them to give me a parts list of what i should have and also some instructions, i still cant figure out how to adjust the rear dampers haha. Id ask you to have a look tim but then that'd be like watching a ****** trying to sh*g a door knob haha.

Yes, If its anything like coilovers i've owned in the past the rear are not true coilovers. You just get a spring platform which will allow you to adjust the height at the rear - not a single 'coilover' shock as you would have on the front.
