How easy is it to fit a rs4 rear arb to my B7 s line

Yeah mate it is very easy to do!, will find a guide for you as their is one i used with pictures somewhere about.

Or... search the forums for an RS4 topic with all the info in, shouldnt take you anymore than an 45 minutes! a garage could do it in less than 30 minutes!!

Massive difference....best mod you can do by far!
