A3 2.0tdi BKD Fault codes :(

hi guys after having a crap diagnostic i took it to a specialist and got a LIST of error codes, couple are disturbing.

history: couple of times the car has just totally died when at low revs, also i get alot of short loss of power through the rev range which could have been a number of things but the ross-tech has thrown up a MAF problem.

codes: about half a dozen codes came up, some not to worry about i.e aftermarket radio and air con but the ones they are worried about are the following. (im getting the maf changed, he said he will input the code.. change the maf then take the code off)

16486- MASS AIR FLOW SENSOR (G70): SIGNAL TOO LOW (REMOVED)
01592- AIR QUALITY SENSOR (G238) (WOULD NOT REMOVE)
00562- SENSOR FOR OIL LEVEL / TEMPRETURE (G266) (REMOVED)

MAIN CONCERN:

ADRESS 46: CENTRAL CONV
00352 - TERMINAL 30A
011- OPEN CIRCUIT -- (WOULD NOT CLEAR)

( BEEN TOLD 1K PLUS IF IT NEEDS A NEW UNIT)

So did you get a new maf & the maf fault has cleared now or you just cleared the fault with using same maf, cause maf can cause variety of issues & exchange is only £70 odd, so I'd be inlcined to get a new one anyway.

Air quality sensor is located under the cover of the front wipers known as the plenum chamber, well for an 05 bkd it shows as this location anyway, so have a looksy if its connected ok or corroded etc.

Oil level sensor, has it returned after some driving?

Central conv, cost 1k+, who the hell told you that, idiots, have you got any issues with locking, windows, etc?
