I've just noticed something about me and my reaction to shower curtains today.

When I was younger, the only person that I can remember having shower curtains was my aunt. I can only remember her having them because she always had them closed. So whenever I needed to use the loo, I'd ALWAYS have a look behind to make sure that there wasn't any monsters behind!

Now I can't remember being round anyones house that has them since.... cetrainly not closed anyway! But I've been in a hotel the past couple of days and I did the usual having a look around etc. In the bathroom, the shower curtains were closed. So my first reaction was to open them! I didn't think much of it at the time because I was looking at the bath/shower. But I left them open. Today when I came back into my room and the whole room service thing had happened, they closed them again. Straight away I opened them back up! I just can't have them closed! Now either it's stuck with me as a kid, or I have OCD and I can't see shower curtains closed! lol

Anyone else do the same?!

Hahaha! I think you should check it again, the monster might of closed them :p hehe. I do that sometimes though

lol Pixar got it all wrong with Monsters Inc. They don't come out of cupboards... they come out of showers!

LOL....ive never done that, but i have some serious perculialirities or whatever it is about things around the house and the way things are!!

its the two way mirrors they have in the rooms you gotta be more suspicious of...lol

apparently the staff sit in the room next door and watch you sleep........or....cough cough....lol

Came back in today, closed! I think I'll leave a note for tomorrow lol.

It's ok. Got that covered... litterately! I hang bed sheets over them before I get up to anything ;)

It's a fully fledged OCD mate. lol!!

Don't worry though, I've got (had) plenty.
The strangest one was.........

when I was a kid I used to have an imaginary string tied to me. So, for example, if I turned around clockwise I would have to turn the same amount anti-clockwise afterwards. Otherwise I'd feel all tangled up.
I almost had a heart attack when I got on a roundabout one day at the local park. Had to spend the rest of the day spinning round the opposite way trying to undo myself!

Oh and if I scratched my left ear I'd have to even things up by scratching my right ear as well!

I was an absolute mentalist.

Lol so does that mean if you were to get smacked in the left side of your face you would have to ask to be smacked on the right side aswell just to keep things even, lol

Never was presented with that one, but now you've mentioned it...... yep, I guess I would've requested a levelling slap!

I sh*t you not mate.
Ok, I embellished slightly with the roundabout bit, but the rest is 100% true.
But to my credit I realised that I was in danger of becoming a fruit loop so took up pulling the legs off spiders as an alternative. :tocktock:

Well at least you realised early on! I can just imagine you driving. For every left turn, you'll have to make a right turn so your car doesn't get tangled up! lol

You bunch of wakko's :nyah:
