cheers, i have bought some and they came with 225/50/17s......need replacing so i think i will go with the size on your.
@ Turbotronics - the S4 looks great, I like V8 wing badges, seems to modernise it a bit to me.

Genuine Audi, 9x19, ET52, 30mm front spacers, 60mm rear spacers, 215/35 tyres. Did have 225s on the back but they lasted ~2 weeks before arch ate the side wall.
Yeah its lowered on coilovers, don't know much much on the front. All the way down on the back, with 220lbs of weights in the spare wheel well until I take the spring seats out.

I have only got a few crappy phone pics, but here they are. I also included the damage shots for all to see just incase they haven't seen them in the past.
There are definately things to do on the car. I know the wiper arm has the dreaded peeling so will get that sorted soon. There are also a few dings around the car that i'd love to get sorted.
I really want to get it lowered, but just can't afford it at the moment with moving house hopefully this month. One day I will do though, I just might not let mrs crazy88 know i've done it
Also, once we've moved and I have my own drive way I will give it a proper clean, and get some good photos too, instead of crappy camera phone ones.There are a few good things to come out of the crash:
My wife is now a better driver! She always followed too close, and i always warned her about it...but did she listen? NOOOO, but she does now.
I managed to keep the old headlights, so I can now have a practive run on the Joey mod. Think it'll suit the colour of car very well.
My aircon is now all super duper as it's a new condensor etc.
My front chrome looks bling-tastic as it's all new also.
So gentlemen, if you want a new front end for your car, just let me wife have a drive!

I have tried running the dechroming idea past her, and she loves it...so it's staying. I'm 50/50 so don't really care either way. And if I let her think she has won this argument then it means I have 1up on her to use for alloys/ lowering etc. My other concern with dechroming is that the window surrounds and roof rails will need doing too, which makes it a much bigger job. Oh, and I am aware that my wheels look tiny too
I don't think they look too bad sometimes, but othertimes they look like they're about 13".As for the splitter, it's definately on my list of jobs to do. It will probabloy have to wait until we have moved house though.

Mate, that is gorgeous!!!! Lovely colour, but then I could say that.Showing that door blades etc aren't necessary...love it.

Agreed, looks nice an simple and the back end looks superb smooth. Less is more. I also agree that it would benefit from spacers.

thanks for the comments. The clean simple look is sorta what i'm after. Theres so many kitted a4's about N.I. now they're everwhere. Although they are real nice.
Yea spacers are definitly going in the back. Just waitin to try on a pair if i can find a mate with some first as i'm a bit worried about clearence. You should see how bad my roads are, live 15 mins into the middle of no where (20-25 now that im low lol).
Not too sure about spacers in the front for the same reason, turning the wheel full lock is kinda dodgy enough at the minute.

Well i got bored of house hunting today and decided to sticker the car up for some daft reason, anyway ended up like this but is it overcrowded ??
Does look a tad overcrowded, but then the rest of the car looks nice and stealth so think it gets away with it. I thought you were selling it anyway? If so, what else you getting? and why you selling it more importantly? haha

Plenty more plans in the pipeline... hopefully some of them are happening next week!
Loving the look at the moment though!
Think ill leave them afew days and see how i feel, Its only for sale for the money i want. Hate all the will you split and whats your best price nonsense before theyve even looked at it. I was wanting to sell to free some cash to put in my house deposit fund and buy a cheaper mk3 golf VR as a daily while i dont do many miles
If it sells move on and if not carry on are my thoughts at the min but i would love to see it smoothed and on air at some point
