Well after what seemed ages looking around for some RS4 wheels, I came across a double wammy....got some RS4 brakes to go with them...

....oh yeah I also bought this to stick on top, after all, wheels and brakes aint no good without a Body sitting on top of them....

This thing is a beast, 420BHP and a serious Crack in my face where I couldnt stop smiling.

...and for those who wondered what happened to the White Avant - Ill be chasing that up too so for those who are sick of me in the B6 forum....well :p.

I had that brake set on my B5 S4 very nice ,
wait till you have to renew the pads all 8 of them :)

I knew it!! i knew we would get him in a Avant, and what an aAvant he chose very very nice car:p
 
Avants are for winners, and we've obviously got another winner in our midst...despite his being better than all ours, ha!
 
Lovely RS you've got there Juss :drool: I still love the B5 shape! so you getting that resprayed white?
 
Lovely car, proper shape to. Fast Audis should always be the Avant.
 
Cheers Lads, Im well pleased with it. Took me a while to take the plunge but once I was done with my 2hr viewing (...I know, but its a lot of money) and a test drive...(another 35mins) I left it at that so i could think about it but my mind was already made up really. Had to haggle to death to get him to Tax it though. Its been running on his Dads Trade plates.

I didnt even know the guy had the full RS4 B7 Brake setup on it, even the rears aswell so that was a huge bonus when I turned up
Im not just saying this but when I left to come home I seen what looked like a WHITE suited B6 several cars behind in my rear view but he got stuck at the traffic lights, I even got my Phone Cam ready...

@ Paul20v - Yes I know mate, thats the first thing I thought about. How much we looking at you reckon??:ohmy:

Plans for the Rs4 will be to the minimum as I dont want to take away the 'RS4' look so it will be Exhaust & tints for now then im keeping a pocket full for maintaining it - I have learnt these cars require some close attention and up to date aswell else ill be putting the mrs on the street to bring some thicker bread in.lol.
I dont want to change the colour either because of the above fact sooooo thats where my Project B6 Avant comes in...:eyebrows:

I will be looking for the most basic cheapest roughest bodied A4 B6 avant in the next couple of months so I can start the Tart mods.

It was going to be an Sline Avant but the RS4 made my mind up for me. I test drove a New S3, B7 S4, Rangey Sport....and a M3 Cab - I just wanted a feel for other cars first but nothing done it above the Audi Badge. I got to say though I was well impressed with the S3 but something was holding me back, dont think it was distinctive enough to seperate it from the rest of the A3's.

Rs6 was on the list but was let down at the last minute - this thing was Proper Stealthed, everything was black, it looked spooky and my mrs said Nooooo straight away , she reckoned it looked like a Coffin Wagon, Cheek!!

So yeah eventful few days.

Have you thought about vinyl wrapping the rs4 mate? I don't know much about it, but have heard it's not too bad, and always gives the option of going back original for selling.

We still need to see more pics too!

Though its gleaming clean, I want to give it the J7uss touch this weekend then ill throw some pics up.

Can't work out whether you're taking the p*ss or not, haha! It's still early, and i've been up since 6 so my brain isn't working yet.

Haha No mate I meant you must have read my mind, Ive considered it :salute: but nothing planned yet, I want to get used to it first.
I should be giving it a good clean this weekend so hopefully a little whoreing will be taking place....might have to link you to the B5 forum tho....:3sadwalk:

Its had a custom remap. Im having to contain myself from buying a full Turbo back Exhaust, Dammmmmn they are pricey though (which i did expect with 2 turbos)
The Torque is off the radar but the RS6 just takes the cake, how people dont break their necks in them is astonishing...
