Toyosport FMIC - Opinions please

i cant search at work cos the site offers very limited functionality....search for toyo fmic on my kingfisher A3 build thread

I fitted a toyo sports fmic.....looked good enough to me, just make sure you get the right one....my thread has the full fitting guide in pictures

I've got the same IC core as Tim, waiting to fit to my A3 in the near future as well.....

Looks a bit small to be able to deal with 400 bhp

looks like a nice bit of kit! another option to the normal ebay ones

If the centre of the core will be located to give a good through flow of air it looks fine.

but then you have to consider the joints and overall build quality/materials.... i dont know enough to tell you the grade of materials used, but i do know it looked neat and well put together with regards to the bits of the cooler fitting together squarely

on this one were the pipes where the fogs are sticking out like some of the other kits? i want mine mostly stealth

Paul aka Tuffty has managed to fit the AH Fab FMIC as a stealth install, keeping his fogs.

I would go down the tried and tested route if I were you.

(That's £5 per referal Paul/AH Fab)

Somethings better than nothing :) Your FMIC treating you well still on the AITs?

Pauls is on an S3....lay out on A3 is different ;)

and yes my thread shows a stealth install of the toyo fmic :)

To be fair, I just gave him the dimensions I wanted, shape and outlet size and he made it to that... not much designing involved... my reward is helping the ASN community :icon_thumright:

Yes mate, AIT's all good so far... Cold air feed helps loads too...
