my best mate is like him...talks to his staff like sh*t but to be fair he rewards them well on the other hand.
 
He was really nice when I met him, but I love it when he loses it :lmfao:

Lol he is funny - I do respect him as he is clearly good at what he does. Not sure I would want to work for him though ......

Pity the poor fella who undercooked the risotto ....
 
A guy like Ramsey talked to me like that once, so i broke his sternum.......He was a completely different person after that LOL, and im sure someone will either punch, stab, or even shoot Ramsey one day if he keeps talking to is staff like that.
 
Can you imagine what he must have been like as a child... bet his parents loved him!!
