im a big fan of MMA, quite heavy into boxing when i was younger an grown up with a UFC champ who also trained me quite alot... have a look at UFC ultimate knockout 4, you'll see some seriously tough guys getting knocked the faaak out. lol Good high kick though.

The gay one is funny too, and to be fair, i think any man would have done the same.

AS is the man, ever see his KO of Carlos Newon in Pride a few years back? Ouch! Flying knee to the chin as Carlos came in for a shoot lol!

Kid Yamamoto is a fave too, his out the corner flying knee in K1 was sick! Good old Killer Bee gym churns out some good uns.

Im off to Cage Warriors in Notts tomorrow to cover it for the magazine, gonna be a waaaaaar! :box:
