Hi

I've just bought an A3 TDI sport. It's an 04 model, black with black leather.

I pick it up a week today.

Had to go the Diesel route as i'm doing 300+ miles a week. I had a civic type r but it was going to bankrupt me. It was very thirsty. Wasn't the most comfortable thing to drive at 7 in the morning either.

Plans include a decent set of coilovers or shocks and springs, and wheels but i'm undecided on size probably 18' but considering 19's, but that might be a bit much.

Would really like LM's but not 100% they would suit the car and they're expensive, have seen reps but not sure about that.

It's a bit early for snow just now. Hasn't been to bad for the last couple of years, does get a bit wild at times though. Usually just and rain and crap though. Plenty of nice scenic backdrops for pics.

Your right it does have to be the LM's. Made my mind up last night, it's now just a question of size.

I would probably say 18s with a nice drop....job done!!
