Hello everyone. Just left a deposit on a 1999 A6 Avant, 2.4 Tiptronic SE. 72K miles. Audi management plus 1 owner, full history. Turquoise (anyone know the proper Audi name for this colour?) With leather sports seats, walnut, sat nav and Bose hifi, plus probably a lot of other things I haven`t noticed yet! Just got rid of a hopeless 51 reg Volvo V70 . 2.4 170 hp supposedly but it wouldn`t pull the skin off a rice pudding. I noticed the difference with the Audi before it was off the forecourt! Can`t wait until Friday when I pick her up.

Thanks for all the welcomes folkes. Still waiting for the car, they are doing the cambelt which apparently is a mother and father of a job on these cars. I am like a child wiating for Christmas! Should all be done by Tuesday.
