I'm new to this site and to audis. just wanted to say hi.
also have a question

how easy is it to put an aftermard stereo into my car?
it currently has a tape deck.

Welcome, have a gander in the 'ICE' Forum. I'm looking to stick a DAB unit in and there are a number of little things to make sure you have, one is the AUDI Adapter to convert the HU to the BOSE sound system. Anyway have a look in there or do search and something will ping up.

thanks for all the help guys, andymac in the ICE forum has been helping me out, great site. good responses. yea.. i'm new to audi's. my last car was a 240sx w/ and sr20det that i installed and was running hi 13s, so definitely not new to cars, just the german scene. keep up the good work guys!!
