Thought I'd mail to say Hi.

Recently bought an A6 2.8 Quattro 1997 new shape.
Love the handling, especially around roundabouts/corners.

Thought I'd take it for the first proper drive from Newbury to see friends just outside Cardiff at the weekend.

Jams all the way so averaged 36mph!! SH*T Happens

Welcome, I take it used Ridgeway Audi? We use them here and they are very good.

36mph...jes thats like 2nd gear for too long
 
1997 cars seem to be to old for the Audi forecourts, bought from the auctions and got a cracking deal. FSH but due for a service.
