Just recently purchased a 2008 Audi A4 2.0Tdi Auto. love the car, however im reading some horror stories on here haha.

beginning to worry at what ive bought, i do love it though. Its a 64,000 miler as as smooth as a babies bottom to drive.

Any advice greatfully appreciated.

Hi everyone, well its been an eventful few weeks since i bought the A4 , ive sold it and bought another one!!

don't laugh but something just didn't feel right about the first one, i was about to change the oil pump regardless but something about the car just didn't feel right. i cant put my finger on.

Anyway the upshot is ive got my new one, i'm gonna do the timing belt, water pump and oil pump & shaft as a precautionary measure anyway.

this one just seems better, 67500 miles on a 08 plate, really happy with it.
