Audi A4 B6 1.9 TDI 130 312 & 256 brake upgrade

Hi,I'm new to the forum. I have got Audi TT 225 brake calipers and discs to upgrade my B6 288 & 245 brakes but PCD is wrong.I was wondering if I can get right discs to do the upgrade. Also I think the brake hoses are difference. Do I have to get TT brake hoses. Please help.Thank u
 
You only use the caliper carriers and buy 312mm discs for a4/a6/superb or passat which have the right offset and PCD...
