hi, just got my registration approved and thought i'd better say hi since i'm now a lurker?
bought my audi last year, pristine a3 tsport, with reasoneable miles as then standard. full audi history, and most importantly the right price. coming from a mk2 golf gti, took a bit of getting used too, luckily the missus has a mk4, so not that strange.
needless to say it did not remain as standard for long. thanks to bill at badger 5, it's been revo'd and has a dynatwist filter, plus a forge dv.
three maf's later, plus a charcoal solenoid, kindly paid for by the warranty and fitted by myself, it's waiting for the ko3s and larger intercooler that are in my shed.
happy with the car, though maf's are a pain, not as raw as a mk2, but as i get older appreciate the comfort driving it daily!
no intention of altering the appearance, apart from maybe a set of competition alloys from a tt!
anyway, thanks for reading and sorry if it's bored you.
