Thread: Hi looking at getting a s3.. (cat c) please help

Hi all

looking at getting a s3..

i am currently selling my bug eye impreza

have been offered in swap a S3 2001 in grey with black heated leather and 112k with 265 hp remap..

but was a cat c in 2009 apparent wing damage but has been VIC tested and MOt and not been a problem..
what would the approx value be of this car?

any help opinions would be great

Any damaged reg'd cars aren't worth a lot to be honest mate , plus they can be a right nightmare to sell on as you had to declare it as a cat c to the buyer

Not always a bad thing, as most of the time I would assume if they are checked that they are repaired ok.

But it won't do you any favours selling it on... people aren't great fans of higher mileage crash repaired cars lol
