Hi ive jus bought an a3 on a 53 plate it has a standard concert cd player does anyone no if I could connect Bose speakers an amp to it

Not worth the work as you would have to change the main car loom to do so. Go aftermarket much better sound can be had than the Bose system, I know I had it in mine and replaced it with an Alpine, Focal and JL Audio system.
