    Audi coffee can be expensive

There are many Audi forums it seems, so the words below may not be new to some (or many) on this forum.

After shopping as a couple, you need a drink. Coffee, yes please, so off the our favorite coffee house, with an R8, RS4, TTS in the shop.

Now, this was just a coffee stop, but OK let's look at cars instead of clothes. I knew my ideal car spec but hadn't yet found one that met it:
3.0 Litres or more for the torque and some power.
4WD and some ground clearance for mud, snow and flooded roads, but nothing too high as CoG when full has a big effect on cornering.
Semi auto or decent full auto with manual control.
Real rear leg room and a boot that can cope with uni trips. Nissan GT-R fell at that hurdle despite being let off the ground clearance task.
So, while looking at the cars, A5, Q5, Q7 and even A4 Allroad, one car sat there looking like someone had read my mind.
Yes, they actually had an A6 Allroad 3.0TDI quattro Tiptronic, 2008, under 30k and with colour coded wheel arches. Job done and we both love it.

The coffee was good as well.

Nice one, that happens to me all the time, but I'd have to drive it out through the showroom window....

Get some pics up as it sounds great.

I know the problem I went out to buy a new sofa and came home with a 2010 A4 TDI Sline! The most expensive sofa I have ever bought but must be the most comfortable.

Rumbled, but then you know the truth James.

V6 TDIs rule. Maybe a V10 R8 TDI if I ever get lucky on lotto.
