Yes, the best is not far from you in york, they are called seat surgeons. They are very well regarded in the VAG community and even used by a number of main dealers. Full retrim for an A3 including door panels/armrest was £900 in any colour when i asked. Chewck out their gallery, they do mostly vag/bmw

I've seen their demo stuff, and it looks VERY good. Don't come cheap though, quoted me over £1200 to recover the front seats and door cards of my Polo GT in Silver-Grey leather with black piping.
