whats the difference between the j and the h valve apart from the h valve is classed as a race version and claims to up boost.

there the same price so which one is best

The "J" valve will give you more boost up the top end of the rev range as much as 2 psi and the "H" valve will give more midrange boost and is the better choise for flyby TB.

Just becarefull what you fit them to and if fitted wrong you will get no boost.
