hi, looking for some general tuning advice for the PD130 engine. has any one got any tips on what to do and what not to do?

I am looking at a replacement air filter and Revo map at the moment.
StandardRevo bhp 130 170 Torque 229 280

also looking at coilovers.

A remap is a great idea and pretty much a must do!

With coilovers it depends how much you want to lower it, how adjustable you want them and also what you're wanting to spend?

If you go with REVO, you WILL be buying a new clutch and flywheel soon after.
280 lb-ft will chew your dual mass flywheel and kill the clutch...and you can't really drive round it, the way the torque comes in.

The 130 engine also sits low...so lower it, and you risk your sump.
Just be aware...

well i did think about this and was looking at a clutch kit from jabba sport http://www.jabbasport.com/product_fulldetail.asp?ProductID=215 they recoment this with there PD130 turbo package.

I was looking at FK coil overs from Venom motor sport. thinking about -50mm drop.
